KP GALA NIGHT 'MOVIE PREMIER'

On 28th March 2015, we had attend to our college dinner at Dewan Sultan Iskandar. There are amazing night that the student are requested to wear 'black tie and dress' as dress code attire. They served western food as our dishes. Its very tasty and mavelous that provided by Angah D&C. We enjoy the night very much. Thank you :D

This is how i spent my time with my friends

A few weeks ago, me and my friends were cycling around UTM. We rent the bicycles in College Perdana for only RM2 per person, we had a good day cycling around UTM because on that day there is a 'pasar malam'. We buy foods, hang out at the lake and enjoyed the view that evening. It was a good way to spent your time with friends and created a good memories.

SUCH A PLEASURE

A trip to Kedah is just too awesome. Happy to know them eventhough it was lasted just for a few days. Getting an adopted family who are very kind hearted like them is just too amazing. Mama and Ayah, I'm gonna miss both of you. Hopefully this relationship will be last forever :) In Sya Allah.. I'm going to visit you again.

how to reduce stress

There are several ways  to reduce stress that i would like to share with you all.

-1.Meditate
A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety. “Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress,” .2. Breathe Deeply
Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth.
3. Be Present
Slow down.
“Take 5 minutes and focus on only one behavior with awareness,” Tutin says. Notice how the air feels on your face when you’re walking and how your feet feel hitting the ground. Enjoy the texture and taste of each bite of food.
When you spend time in the moment and focus on your senses, you should feel less tense.
4. Reach Out
Your social network is one of your best tools for handling stress. Talk to others -- preferably face to face, or at least on the phone. Share what's going on. You can get a fresh perspective while keeping your connection strong.
5. Tune In to Your Body
Mentally scan your body to get a sense of how stress affects it each day. Lie on your back, or sit with your feet on the floor. Start at your toes and work your way up to your scalp, noticing how your body feels

It was very meaningful experience because as a crew I feel like I the one that organise the program. I can see how debate is conducted. I also learn the protocol for formal event. I learn how to organise event. It was a very meaningful experince. I also get to know mant people. Seniors always give me advise for something I don't know. It was really nice to know them.
